From 2002 to 2012 Brandon S Bowker and Joe Ross, as A Portion For Ruben, APFR, or A Parliament of Owls, played a Halloween show each October, featuring a rotating group of guest musicians, oft-costumed, sometimes well-rehearsed in front of a full venue, sometimes less so. This show, from October 27, 2012, marks the duo's tenth such show, and the band's very final performance.
